Refunds

Your refund amount will include the amount you paid for your order, subtract the following amount (if any):

  • Transaction fee
  • Shipping fee (if the item was shipped)

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account 3 – 5 days after the refund request is approved.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    Special Return Note: do not return your product(s) without fist contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with specific guide for the return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mammothwear.co.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are only able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed within 6 hours from the time that the order was placed. Be sure to include details about the changes you need making- your new address, size, design, etc.
