Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days of receiving the product for full refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
Return contact information: Please contact our Customer Service support@mammothwear.co to get the return address before you make any decision. We will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.
Returns
If because of a product problem (printing error, wrong delivery, poor quality merchandise) you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a 30 day return policy from date you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply to the product(s) you wish to return:
Give us your proof of purchase
- Item must be in original condition (including packaging)
- Please note that all required images must be submitted. Otherwise, we cannot offer return/replacement items.
You can provide us required pictures as follows:
- Image of the shipping label
- Product SKU image
- Pictures of the product and the error you discovered (wrong material, different style, different size)
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Unfortunately, Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at support@mammothwear.co, stating the reason for the return.
Submit a Return Request
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@mammothwear.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7 Coronation Road, Dephna House, London, United Kingdom, NW10 7PQ.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
