Shipping information
How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days.
- Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 6 – 10 business days and up to 14 business days at most (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
At the moment, our shipping cannot be delivered to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Order cutoff time: 07:00 PM – (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Shipping Cost:
+ Standard shipping: $4.97.
+ Free Shipping for all orders over $50.
Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.
At the moment, all Shop’s products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 2- 3 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
Tax:
For the tax of your order, Mammoth Wear will be paying for that.
Return Policy:
Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return Policy).
